Keshab Bhattarai is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over a decade of experience specializing in corporate transactions, foreign investment, infrastructure, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. He currently serves as the Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Prime Television Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd., Company Secretary at Tiger Brewery Industries Pvt. Ltd., and CEO/Managing Partner at Lex Ventures Pvt. Ltd and Legal Advisors to many other companies. In addition to his corporate leadership roles, he is deeply engaged in legal education as an Associate Professor at National Law College (Tribhuvan University), where he has been mentoring aspiring lawyers for more than nine years. He also actively contributes to the legal fraternity and civic initiatives, notably as Executive Committee Member of the High Court Bar Association, Birjunj Bench, Executive International Relation Committee Member of Nepal Bar Association and the President and Co-founder of the Young Lawyers Association of Nepal.
His expertise extends across industries, including telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, and hospitality, making him a trusted legal advisor to both national and international entities.
Bhattarai holds Masters of Laws (LLM) in Rule of law and Democratic Governance, from Ohio Northern University, USA and specialized Master of Arts in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies, Tribhuvan University, Nepal and LLB from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University.
