Who we are
Our Introduction
To foster a dynamic, ethical, and socially responsible legal fraternity that contributes to justice, rule of law, and good governance in Nepal.






Our mission is to bring together young legal professionals of Nepal under a common forum, strengthening their professional competence through training, seminars, and workshops. We are committed to advocating for legal reforms and policies that serve the public and the legal community, while promoting access to justice and enhancing public legal awareness. At the same time, we strive to create meaningful networking opportunities for young lawyers at both the national and international levels.
To promote professional development by offering skill-building programs, continuing legal education, and mentorship, while fostering networking and collaboration with national and international bar associations, legal institutions, and NGOs. The Association is dedicated to legal advocacy by contributing to law reform and advancing human rights, constitutionalism, and the rule of law. It also seeks to engage the public through legal aid programs, awareness campaigns, and community outreach, while ensuring that the voices and concerns of young lawyers are represented in policy-making bodies.
Our core values guide us in upholding integrity through the highest ethical standards and pursuing justice with fairness and equality before the law. We stand for solidarity by fostering unity and collaboration among members, and we embrace innovation by encouraging fresh ideas in legal practice and advocacy. Above all, we remain committed to service, dedicating our work to the betterment of society through the legal profession.
