Abesh Adhikari is a licensed attorney with over eight years of experience in corporate, commercial, and banking law, alongside extensive practice in civil and criminal litigation. He earned his LL.M. in Business and International Trade Law from Kathmandu School of Law in 2019 and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Global Legal Studies with concentrations in Oil & Gas Law and Business Administration at Washburn University School of Law, United States.
Mr. Adhikari has contributed to several landmark Supreme Court decisions in Nepal and is recognized for his active role as a rights defender. He has founded and led youth-driven organizations, including the Young Lawyers Association of Nepal (YLAN) in 2025 and the Centre for Commercial Law and Corporate Litigation in 2020. In addition, he has served as a recommended member of the Young Lawyers Interest Committee (YLIC) of the Nepal Bar Association in 2025.
Beyond legal practice, Mr. Adhikari has served as faculty at leading business schools in Nepal and is currently engaged as an adjunct faculty member and International Relations Advisor for the graduate program at Annapurna Law School, Biratnagar.
