Mr. Pathak is a dynamic and dedicated legal professional with over eight years of extensive experience in both commercial law and litigation. He holds an LL.B from Kathmandu School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Tribhuvan University.
His core areas of expertise include corporate law, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, and both national and cross-border taxation. Over the years, Mr. Pathak has successfully handled numerous high-level assignments, including conducting comprehensive legal due diligence, structuring foreign loan investments, drafting and reviewing franchise agreements, facilitating share transfers, and preparing well-reasoned legal opinions.
